The goal of this project was to design a rig and program for a song of our choosing. I wanted to do a design for a smaller venue and really focus on highlighting the performer. The focal point of the design is the system of specials on vertical trusses behind the band. These pars can pulse to the beat of the music and also create great silhouettes on both the band and the performer. Due to the small size of the house, I was also able to use gobos to create a pattern on the floor for pre-show/post-show looks.
